What are Personalized Christmas Letters?
They are letters from Santa Claus or the Christmas Angel, personalized with a variety of information about the recipient. They are written for people of all ages, young and young-at-heart!

What's the difference between a Letter From Santa and a Letter From the Christmas Angel?
Christmas is celebrated in different ways by different people. The Santa Letters will hold to the popular image of Santa. They will refer to Santa's activities, his friends at the North Pole, etc. They will be inspired by his humor and generosity. The Christmas Angel Letters will focus on Jesus and the Nativity and will be written from the perspective of a friendly Christmas Angel.

How much personalization do the letters contain?
That depends entirely on the person ordering the letter(s)! PASQUELLE PRODUCTIONS wants to provide you with a product of quality. We've seen other "Personalized Santa Letters" created by people who use a form letter for everyone and plug in a few details like name and town. Frankly, we want our letters to be special to the people who receive them! We want them to know those letters were written just for them! That's why we rely on you to give us the information to make each letter unique--we include items such as: names of relatives, friends, and pets; recent accomplishments and favorite hobbies. If you wish, we'll also include a special reminder or comment you want Santa/Christmas Angel to tell the recipient of the letter.

How can I be sure any information I provide is confidential?
We understand your concern about providing personal information to "a stranger."  PASQUELLE PRODUCTIONS is not a large company. We are a small business and we care about our customers! Any information given to us stays with us and us alone! We do not share our mailing list with anyone nor do we disclose any details on the order form to anyone! We take our responsibility to you seriously! After all...we are among Santa's Helpers and we would never do anything to besmirch the name of Santa Claus! :-)

What can you tell me about the surprise gift?
With each letter that is sent, we will include a small gift. The gift will vary depending on age, gender, and interests. Once again, we take care to try to make each delivery from Santa or the Christmas Angel as unique as the person to whom it's sent! That is why our printable Order Form requests information about the recipient's favorite activitities and interests--not only do we incorporate them into the Personalized Letter but we consider them when selecting the gift!

If I'm ordering for people in the same family, will each one receive a different letter and gift?
No two people in the same family will get exactly the same letter. First, the level of personalization we use prevents that! Secondly, we use various designs of holiday stationery so the "look" of the letters won't all be the same. Finally, we have several variations of letters, not just one or two, so Santa and Christmas Angel will write about different things!
As for the gift, our order form asks you to indicate some of the letter recipent's interests--we use that as a basis for selecting the gift.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks and money orders made payable to PASQUELLE PRODUCTIONS.
We currently do not accept credit cards. Please do not send cash through the mail as it is less secure.
Remember, each letter costs just $6 (that includes any sales tax). If you are sending more than one order form, simply multiply the number of orders by $6 (ex: 3 letters requested equals 3 x $6 or $18). You may send in photocopies of the form--in fact, we hope you pass along our forms to others who may be interested
